What if it rains on my wedding day?
We always plan ahead to ensure your day goes smoothly, rain or shine. If you’ve chosen an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception, we closely monitor the weather in the week leading up to your wedding and on the day itself. A comprehensive rain plan is created for every event, so you’ll have a beautiful alternative should the weather not cooperate.

What if my venue requires my planner or coordinator to be licensed or insured?
MirWood Events is fully licensed and insured. We’ve worked with numerous venues that require these credentials and are happy to provide all necessary documentation to ensure a seamless approval process.

What if the coordinator assigned to my wedding is unable to attend due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances?
Your peace of mind is our priority. While you will have an assigned coordinator months before your wedding, we always have backup coordinators on standby who can seamlessly step in should your primary coordinator be unavailable.

What if I want to choose a specific coordinator?
We love when couples have a preferred coordinator in mind! Subject to availability, we’re happy to connect you with your chosen coordinator. If your first choice is unavailable, we will work closely with you to find the best alternative to ensure your day is in excellent hands.
