Semi wedding planning + Coordination includes:
2 Day-Of Wedding Coordinators (Full Day)
Lead Coordinator: Oversees the entire wedding day timeline, manages vendor communications, directs the ceremony + ensures everything flows smoothly from start to finish.
Second Coordinator: Supports setup + breakdown, manages guest logistics, handles behind-the-scenes issues + ensures details stay on track during the reception.
Unlimited email communication throughout the planning process
Vendor research in up to 3 categories to help match your vision and budget
Custom wedding planning schedule tailored to your timeline
Management of your planning to-do list and wedding budget
Up to 5 additional check-in phone calls for guidance and support

Supplemental Charges
Guest Counts Over 200 – For weddings exceeding 200 guests, an additional fee of $300/coordinator will be applied to ensure smooth event management.
Setup Support – Additional coordinators may be required on-site during setup at a rate of $150/coordinator, unless a professional decorator or other vendors are actively assisting with the setup.
Restricted Setup Time – If the venue does not allow vendor access at least 5 hours prior to the ceremony, additional coordinators may be required to ensure all setup is completed before guest arrival. Additional staffing costs will be based on the setup time allowed.
Additional Hours (Coordinators) – Any requested time beyond the standard coverage for either coordinator will be billed at $50/hour, per coordinator.
Holiday Rates – For events held on holidays, an additional fee of $200 per coordinator will be applied.
