Full day wedding Coordination

  • Day-Of Wedding Coordinator onsite for 12 Hours

    • Lead Coordinator: Oversees the entire wedding day timeline, manages vendor communications, directs the ceremony + ensures everything flows smoothly from start to finish

  • Custom wedding planning schedule tailored to your timeline and needs

  • Up to 2 check-in phone calls (up to 1 hour each) for support and guidance

  • Access to a highly recommended and vetted vendor list

  • Final details and timeline breakdown call to review all logistics

  • Morning-of rehearsal coordination to ensure a smooth walkthrough

  • Management and maintenance of the full wedding day itinerary

  • Access to a fully stocked wedding day emergency kit

  • Collection and distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities

  • Full setup and cleanup of personal décor

  • Setup of place settings as needed

Supplemental Charges

Guest Counts Over 200 – For weddings exceeding 200 guests, an additional fee of $300/coordinator will be applied to ensure smooth event management.

Setup Support – Additional coordinators may be required on-site during setup at a rate of $150/coordinator, unless a professional decorator or other vendors are actively assisting with the setup.

Restricted Setup Time – If the venue does not allow vendor access at least 5 hours prior to the ceremony, additional coordinators may be required to ensure all setup is completed before guest arrival. Additional staffing costs will be based on the setup time allowed.

Additional Hours – Any requested time beyond the standard coverage for either coordinator will be billed at $50/hour, per coordinator.

Holiday Rates – For events held on holidays, an additional fee of $200 per coordinator will be applied.
